About The Role

  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer

Experience & Skills

Customer Success Manager

About The Role

  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com

  • Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and Aulysius

  • Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.

  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product

  • Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans

  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects

  • Partner with sales team on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

  • Listen and explore the clients’ needs, and dive into their IT environment to solve their problem and provide the best solution.

  • You don’t need to write the code, but you must know the IT language to communicate with the clients and developers team.

Experience & Skills

  • Native/ Fluent German speaker

  • 4-5 years experience in IT consultancy industry, familiar with SaaS operation system

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • BA or BS degree

App Developer

About The Role

  • Independently design and build complex and scalable solutions.

  • Full responsibility for the full software development lifecycle.

  • Collaborating with developers and Solution Architects

  • Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions.

  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business.

  • Detailed understanding of the monday.com platform, including capabilities and limitations.

  • A deep understanding of programming patterns and how to apply/implement them within monday.com.

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years implementing and developing monday.com solutions, including integrations.

  • Experience working with Jira, Asana, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and REST API -GraphQL is an advantage

  •  Native English speaker, fluent German is a plus

  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
