Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.


• Qualification of Leads: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Utilize monday.com to organize and categorize leads based on their stage in the sales funnel.


• Appointment Setting: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication. Use monday.com’s CRM features to document

interactions and ensure a personalized approach.


• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates and pipeline progression. Use monday.com’s reporting tools to generate regular reports for management, providing insights into lead generation activities and outcomes.


• Account Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM

system.


• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance Airtable's offerings and positioning.


• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting to the sales leadership team.

• Native German speaker and fluently English

• One year in a Business or Sales Development Representative role and/or one year in sales.

• SaaS experience

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

• BS/BA Degree is a must.
