About The Role
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Experience in leading workshops for gathering client requirements and converting them to a technical specification.
Perform implementation planning and setup activities for projects.
Work with customers to implement Airtable and build their most time-sensitive workflows.
Knowledge of departmental processes and PMO use case to build solutions.
Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational workflow.
Delivering product training to client-specific requirements, development, and deployment.
Expert in process mapping to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer.
Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met.
Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and the rest of the Aulysius team.
Your Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 yrs experience in Airtable implementation
Experience working with other SaaS tools like ERP or CRM.
Programming knowledge: Java, HTML, CSS, and REST API, GraphQL is an advantage.
Native English speaker, German is a plus.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
