About The Role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, social networking, and attending relevant industry events.

  • Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies.

  • Deeply understand clients’ pain/needs to sell with value.

  • Drive sales growth and create pipeline together with account management team.

  • Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.

  • Successful execution of account-based marketing to target key accounts to secure new clients and expand existing accounts.

  • Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.

  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.

  • Continuously refine and improve the business development process based on feedback and results.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a BDR role.

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation,preferably within the technology or consulting industry.

  • Experience working with Jira, Asana, and Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely.

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
