About The Role
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, social networking, and attending relevant industry events.
Prospecting into strategic existing business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies.
Deeply understand clients’ pain/needs to sell with value.
Drive sales growth and create pipeline together with account management team.
Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
Successful execution of account-based marketing to target key accounts to secure new clients and expand existing accounts.
Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
Continuously refine and improve the business development process based on feedback and results.
Your Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 years of experience in a BDR role.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation,preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
Experience working with Jira, Asana, and Salesforce is an advantage.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely.
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
