About The Role

  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with

  • Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout onboarding and also liaison between clients and Aulysius

  • Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.

  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution 

  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product

  • Build, own, and execute client success and onboarding plans

  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects

  • Partner with sales team on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Experience & Skills

  • Fluent German speaker

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility 

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy

  • BA or BS degree

  • Experience working with Web development frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and REST API - GraphQL is an advantage

  • Prospect via phone, email, and social strategies

  • Deeply understand clients’ pain/needs to sell with value

  • Drive sales growth and create pipeline for Account Managers

  • Test new strategies, audiences, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities

Experience & Skills

  • Native Arabic speaker and fluently English 

  • One year in a Business or Sales Development Representative role and/or one year in sales

  • SaaS experience

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric

About The Role

Experience & Skills

  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI

  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)

  • Be an expert on the platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value

  • Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization

  • Native Arabic speaker and fluently English 

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales, and account management experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV)

  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
